• Late payments may be subject to interest or suspension of services.
• All payments are due in the currency and terms agreed upon in the proposal or contract.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation continues beyond the termination of the relationship.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In such cases:

• You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
• Any applicable licenses or rights granted to you for completed work remain valid upon payment.
• Aspiratio may retain work-in-progress until outstanding balances are settled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspiratio shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Issues arising from third-party platforms or tools used in the solution

Total liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount paid to us for that specific project.

Warranties and Disclaimers

• We strive to deliver high-quality, functional solutions, but we do not warrant that all software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• All services are provided "as is" unless otherwise specified in a contract.
• You are responsible for testing and approving deliverables before deploying them in production environments.

Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party APIs, tools, or services. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by those third parties.
